END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User ") and Reelook ("We"), the developer and provider of the Reelook mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not download or use the App.

1. LICENSE GRANT

1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device.

1.2 You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any illegal purpose.

2. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

2.1 To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account with us. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep that information updated.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. USER CONTENT

3.1 The App allows you to upload, share, and create content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by uploading it to the App, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, distribute, and display your User Content within the App.

3.2 You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3.3 We may remove or disable access to any User Content that violates this Agreement or is deemed inappropriate by the Company.

4. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

4.1 We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy . By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share on the App does not violate the privacy rights of others.

5. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• Post or share any content that is obscene, offensive, or harmful.
• Disrupt the functionality of the App or its services, including by introducing malware or harmful code.

6. TERMINATION

6.1 The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the App, at its sole discretion, for any reason, including if you violate this Agreement or if the App is no longer available.

6.2 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

7.1 The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including loss of data or profit.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Companyand its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Location], in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another equivalent organization.

10. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement. Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

12.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the App.
